Dayahang and Miruna's film 'Jari' premiered in London, and the Diaspora flocked to see it.

Kathmandu. The first worldwide premiere of the Nepali film 'Jaari,' which is still dominating Nepali theatres, was staged in the United Kingdom. On Sunday evening, director Upendra Subba, actor Dayahang Rai, and actress Miruna Magar attended the big premiere at Princess Cinemas Hall in Aldershot.

The Nepali community in the UK was well-represented during the premiere. Miruna attended the premiere in a Limbu gown. Chabrung was played to welcome the performers to the gathering.

We believe that man started in Africa. The Limbus arrived in eastern Nepal, while the Gurung Magars arrived around Pokhara. "The story of the culture continues wherever they go," filmmaker Subba stated before the premiere.

At the premiere, Dayahang was greeted as a hero. The British-based Lahure community welcomed Dayahang with open arms. "We keep making films, and they call us here from Nepal," Dayahang explained. Gaumaya Gurung, the popular actress from 'Kabaddi 4', was also present at the premiere. Miruna's mother, Shashi Subba, expressed her delight at seeing her daughter's hard work. The premiere was attended by both Nepalese and British audiences.

Rambabu Gurung's film was released in America, Australia, and Nepal, in addition to Nepal. According to distributor Ramesh Dhakal, the film is also doing well in the Middle East. Aside from that, producer Gurung stated that the picture is doing well in Hong Kong and Europe.

'Jari' is now in its second week of release in Nepal. Even in the second week, its revenues are observed ahead of the Salman Khan starred Bollywood film 'Kisika Bhai Kisiki Jaan'.
