Everest Nepal Cultural Group returns, introducing Nepal through culture in France and Spain.

Kathmandu. The Everest Nepal Cultural Group, which has been introducing Nepal to the world through cultural exchanges, has returned with a glorious performance on behalf of Nepal in the international folk cultural fairs held in Castres, Saint Girons, Saint Julien, Vic Sur Cere, and Dax Laguet cities in France and Les Preses and Barcelona in Spain.

More than 2000 artists from 45 different countries of the world, including Nepal, participated in different cities. The fair was held in different cities in France from August 3rd to 18th and in Spain from August 19th to August 31st.

The head of Everest Nepal Cultural Group, RC. Koirala "Ramchandra," and the group director, Sital Acharya "Sita," directed the dance direction of the team, as senior dance director Jogendra K. C. had done. The team presented a dance reflecting the traditional folk culture of Nepal.

Jhyaure, Tamang, Maruni, Thali, Satar, Dhimal, Shebru, Kal Bhairab, Bajrapani, Lakhe, Yeti, Sorthi, and dozens of other dances were performed in this fair.

Prominent among those present on the occasion included dance maestro Koirala Ramchandra, director Sital Acharya, choreographer Jogendra K C, classical dancer Dhaneswar Tiwari, classical singer Ram Prasad Pandey, Sapna Maharjan, Uttam Sharma, Pramila Rijal, Sudan Man Munikar, Krishna Rasal, Chudamani Phuyal, Sharmila Tamang, Chahana Rana Magar, Anisha Shrestha, Ramesh Prasad Poudel, DP Koirala, group spokesperson Pradeep Timilsina, and child artist Siraj Koirala.

In the fair, which was held in different cities for about a month, the artists of Everest Nepal Cultural Group, especially the senior dance director Jogendra KC, taught dance to the Mahanubhabs from 3 years to 70 years.

At the cultural tableau held in the city of Dux in France, more than 40,000 spectators called the tableau of Nepal excellent, and the tableau was full of pictures with yati and lacquer, only where it is, and the greeting with a namaste by child artist (19 months) Siraj Koirala, 40,000 spectators were captivated by the social network of the organizers, Siraj Koirala.

On the occasion, the group's director, Sital Acharya 'Sita', met the heads of the respective municipalities of both countries, all the dignitaries present, and the organizers and said that cultural tourism can be promoted in Nepal and special programs in this regard can be done with the help of government and non-government agencies in the future.

The citizens of the Katipay nation have heard the name of Nepal, the name of Sagarmatha (Everest), but do not know where it is; they do not know where Gautam Buddha was born. It is sad that the state has neglected the artists and institutions who represent Nepal and Nepalis and work as ambassadors of Nepali culture around the world. The head of Everest Nepal Cultural Group, RC, said that the state needs to understand that artists who promote and promote art and culture are the property of the nation. 'Ramchandra'
