Kathmandu. The poetry collection 'Anurag' by writer Anu Shah has been launched. The chief guest of the program was the launch of the poetry collection 'Anurag' by former Prime Minister and Chairman of CPN-UML KP Sharma Oli. Speaking after the launch, former Prime Minister Oli praised the writer, Anu Shah. Saying that poetry is like a poet and a poet is like poetry, he said that Anu Shah's step in creating literature is commendable and exemplary. Giving encouragement to the writer Anu Shah, who is suffering from breast cancer, Oli gave her example and inspired her to move forward with the energy and confidence that come when treatment is available on time.
Poet Anu Shah presided over the program organized by Milap Monthly. Welcoming the program, Surya Chand, the publisher of 'Anurag', said that the book was published to gather energy despite fighting the disease. Chand said that his wife Anu Shah has been active in the fields of literature, music, and cinema, and the collection of poems has been published by collecting the ups and downs that have come with the game of time. He said that his desire to make it public was fulfilled by the hands of former Prime Minister and CPN-UML President KP Sharma Oli and said that he was truly everyone's 'father'.
The special guest of the program, President of Nepal Film Society Krishna Malla, said that poet Anu Shah is a strong writer. Malla praised Shah's dedication to literature, music, and cinema.
