Kathmandu. Poet and writer Mohan Mantheve Limbu's new book 'The Day of Leaving the Village' has been made public. Celebrating the 50th birth anniversary, author Limbu has made the book public by feeding the helpless in the arms of affection. The book was unveiled by Ramesh Tufan, Editor-in-Chief of Shram Weekly, Kopila Gautam, Executive Editor of Shram Weekly and Srineha Pokhrel, Director of Snehi Kakha.
He said that his life experience was included in the book as soon as the book 'Day of Leaving the Village' was made public. He has also included his articles from 2058 BS to the present in the book.
After the book was made public, Ramesh Tufan, editor-in-chief of Shram Weekly, said that Mohan Mantheve was a creative friend whom he met while living in Malaysia for foreign employment.
Similarly, Shreeneha Pokharel, the host of Snehi Kakha, expressed her heartfelt gratitude to writer Limbu for celebrating her birthday with her parents, brothers and sisters at the ashram. She said that this book would be a huge success and would win the hearts of all because she had chosen a sacred work for her birthday.
The program was coordinated by journalist and lyricist Suman Bairagi. The book has been edited by journalist Sabita Pokharel on the day he left the village, while Thawe and Hari Prasad Jabegu Limbu have published it in Monahang.
