Saroj's 'Pida' as he tastes success

Kathmandu: Saroj Koirala is known among the general audience as an established journalist. Saroj, who entered the music industry through communication, is now enjoying success in the music field as well. More than two dozen songs have been sung. Even though the songs he sang and composed did not get as much attention as expected, his work has been praised from every angle.

The various awards and honors he has received as the best singer in recent times have also proved that he is an admirable singer.

Saroj, along with singer Melina Rai, won the Bindhyabasini Music Award for Best Singer duet this year. Similarly, he was declared the best singer in the Ninth Music Khabar Music Award 2078. He also received awards for the best singing and music, including the Sagarmatha Music Award and the Neem Award.

The video was directed by Rishi Baral 'Shreejan'. Husband and wife's relationship, love, the pain of having to leave and the grief of having to suffer in the latter half of life without a spouse are well described by Shreejan in the story of rural environment. Santosh Timilsina has filmed the music video.

The assistant director is Sagar Shrestha and the makeup artist is Kavin Khadka. Navin Bista has fulfilled the responsibility of production of the song.

Regarding the song 'Pida' (pain), Saroj said, 'I am also known as a singer among musicians. I have received encouragement and praise. I still feel that the public knows me only as a journalist. I believe that this song will introduce me not only as a journalist but also as singer Saroj Koirala in the coming days. '
